Alongside the onboarding of these partners, over 100 personnel have been deployed as additional workforce to support the pace of execution, with all work being carried out in compliance with applicable safety and operational guidelines to minimize disruption to residents. Furthermore, milestone-based progress updates will be shared with residents and stakeholders as each phase of work advances, with work tracked against defined timelines to ensure transparency and accountability through completion.
The company noted that this initiative is part of a broader effort currently underway at Sharanam, which also includes active discussions with the project's Apartment Owners Association on finalizing the terms of a formal management handover, and plans to further strengthen day-to-day facility management standards across the community in the months ahead
